From the first measurement to the day we haul off your old unit — here’s exactly how it goes.
We come to your house and look at what you’ve got — the current system, the ductwork, the rooms that never cool. We measure rooms and windows. This is where the load calculation starts.
We run the load calculation — square footage, insulation, window direction, ceiling height, duct condition. That tells us the exact size your house needs. Too big short-cycles and wears out early; too small never keeps up.
You get the options in writing — which Trane, Carrier, or Champion systems fit, what each costs to buy, and what each costs to run every month. Take it home. Compare it against any other quote you’ve got.
We pull the old system, set the new one, and run the startup checks — refrigerant charge, airflow, temperature split. Before we leave, we show you the thermostat and where the filter goes. Old unit gets hauled off.
